With more and more popular car using,the onsite investigation and loss assessment become hot demands for auto insurance customers when happening car accidents.At the same time,in the time of Internet Plus,auto insurance customers have much stricter requirements to insurance services.And the traditional auto insurance claim setting method cannot meet customers’ demands.In this situation,WeChat Survey Application emerges at the right moment.In this paper,we will take T Property Insurance Company as an example and focus on the WeChat survey applicability and feasibility in auto insurance loss assessment,to optimize the features of WeChat Survey Application,which will improve customers satisfactions.First of all,this paper,on the basis of literature review at home and abroad,we take T Property Insurance Company as an object of study to make analysis of auto insurance claim setting by WeChat Survey based on representativeness,high-lighting and openness.The fact is that the WeChat survey had good impacts on application range and scope,initial result and payment,as well as auto insurance customers accepts.However,WeChat survey also faces some problem,such as weak risk control of fake information and easy to dispute in obtaining evidence through photos.Secondly,this paper uses the Game Model to make reasonable analysis to WeChat Survey applying situation in auto insurance claims through Insurance Company,Insurance Agent and Customers.The analysis shows that the immaturity and information asymmetry of WeChat Survey,leading to all kinds of misunderstanding and misjudgment,are the main reasons of two sides playing games to get benefits and they are also the internal roots of lower using of WeChat Survey Application.However,if the customers who had fraudulent motive hadn’t been checked strictly and went through punishment mechanism when using Wechat Survey,the operation cost of Insurance Companies would increase,even though the using frequency of Wechat Survey may get rising.What’s more,this paper uses the first-hand questionnaire data to create Logit model to make empirical test to the customers satisfactions of WeChat Survey in auto insurance claims.The results display that,the internal factors such as customers’income,age and accident frequency have significant impact on using Wechat Survey.Namely the customers of higher income,elder age or more experienced are much eager to using Wechat Survey.Meanwhile,the external factors of influencing auto insurance applicants to choose WeChat Survey are those,WeChat using frequency,insurance services,the operation process of WeChat Survey and Survey judgment criteria.Finally,based on the conclusion of the whole contents,this paper throws out some suggestions through optimizing WeChat survey software,strengthening WeChat survey operation broadcasting and improving the safety of WeChat survey,to give full play to WeChat Survey performance and enhance service quality of auto insurance claim.
