In recent years,economic globalization and integration have made the market competition no internationalization.Companies can't win in the increasingly fierce market competition by themselves,but play different roles in a complex supply chain network.The whole society is in the environment of information explosion.With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet,the entire social economy is in a huge system of people,finance,material,technology,information and market system.Information has become one of the important factors influencing decision-making.Different market demand information will affect the decision-making of supply chain node enterprise to varying degrees,and decision-making affects company's income,and the income determines the ability of the company to survive,the correct decision is necessary for a company to survive in the supply chain for a long time.This paper uses Economics,Management Science,Decision Theory,System Engineering Theory,Game Theory and Higher Mathematics.Under the determined market demand condition and market demand uncertainty,and this paper studies the price decision of suppliers,retailer's sale price,order quantity and income when symmetry and asymmetry of demand information.The research situation is:based on the actual description of supply chain management,propose model assumptions,establish decision model,calculate decision variables and analyze decision results.Simultaneously combined with the case and using matlab to calculate,and finally comes to the conclusion.Reveal the benefits of information change in Pareto improvement,and get useful research conclusions.Provide theoretical guidance for the supply chain enterprises,and provide theoretical and practical basis for price decision and order quantity decision of supply chain enterprises.
