Real estate has gradually become an important industry of China's national economy and has become a pillar industry of economic development in some regions.In recent years,on the one hand,as people to constantly improve the housing quality requirement,the purchase of housing for people at the same time become more rational,on the other hand to enter the realm of real estate development company keeps increasing,the state of the real estate regulation policy continuously strengthen,the competition between enterprises and enterprises,brand has become the important factors to consider when buying products.Therefore,the study of the brand strategy of real estate companies and the flexible use of the brand strategy can not only improve the real estate developers' understanding of the brand,improve the enterprise's competitiveness in the market,so as to improve the brand management level of real estate enterprises,and effectively improve the economic benefits of enterprises.This article mainly T real estate company of yulin city as the research object,this paper expounds the yulin city T real estate company brand strategy research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,points out that the brand is the soul of real estate enterprises,real estate industry has entered the era of brand competition,the real estate industry in yulin city,is in the direction of the "housing industrialization,the enterprise brand" development;Through the macro environment and the industrial environment,this paper elaborated and analyzed the real estate market environment of yulin city in detail,and specifically analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of T real estate company in yulin city with the SWOT analysis method.The brand strategy of yulin T real estate company was investigated by means of interview.By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the purchase demand of consumers and points out that brand is an important factor that consumers consider when buying products.Taking G residential project developed by T real estate company as an example,STP method was used to analyze its market positioning.Finally,the optimization design of the existing brand strategy of T real estate company is carried out and the implementation guarantee measures of brand strategy are put forward.Through the research on the development trend of real estate brand,this paper summarizes the necessity of implementing brand strategy in the development process of T real estate company.Real estate has entered the era of brand competition,from the previous product competition into the competition between enterprise brand,real estate enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the industry,it must establish its own unique brand advantage,improve the brand strategy will promote sales and enhance the enterprise the competitive advantage of the project.The Suggestions and opinions in this paper can provide some help for some real estate companies in third and fourth tier cities to develop brand strategies.
