Recent years,state regulators have kept adjustment for the Security Companies'developing polices.They have permitted private and foreign capital into Chinese capital market at the same time,resulting in extremely competition.By the end of 2016,the total quantity of normal Security Companies has risen to 129.The commission rate has been continued to decrease and the entering barrier will disappear.Then all the security companies need to adjust their developing strategies of brokerage business instead of subsistence by simple channel service.With the developing experience of domestic and foreign security industry,this paper has found problems from X Security Company' own development.Such as,brokerage business no increasing,employees are short of professional knowledge,brokerage business is simple in content and low customer satisfaction.Through comparing domestic security industry to X Security Company and Wuxi Branch,this paper has analyzed their differences.With the graph analysis,it will illustrate the process of business data change from each area.It has found the main causes of brokerage business decreasing by the SWOT analysis.Wuxi Branch has wished to find improving measures with the goal of resolving problems,from the main reasons,depending on the theory of Service Marketing.It has researched feasibility measures step by step from four direction.They are the growing points of brokerage business,focusing on the employees' professional train,adding cross business,promoting customers' service value.Some of the measures has achieved initial success while some of it needs to continually amendment and improvement,in order to help Wuxi Branch with healthy and steady development.
