Research On The Interaction Mechanism And Dynamic Mechanism Between Internationalization Strategy And Enterprise Technology Innovation Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road "

Driven by the new wave of scientific and technological revolution,Technology upgrade and iteration acceleration,In order to seize the global innovation highland and integrate overseas innovation resources,some domestic enterprises have included "internationalization" and "technological innovation" into the company's development strategies.After China put forward the “Belt and Road” initiative in 2013,domestic enterprises “gone global” and participated in the “Belt and Road” multinational business activities.Facing the fierce international competition,under the background of " the Belt and Road ",How can Chinese companies continuously improve their technological innovation capabilities in the process of internationalization? How to continuously promote internationalization in the process of technological innovation? How to exert the "two-wheel drive" effect of external policy incentives and internal equity incentives on internationalization and technological innovation? These questions are worth exploring in depth.Based on this,this article takes the high-tech enterprise Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co.,Ltd.("Hikvision" for short)as a case,Using a combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis,Incorporate internationalization strategy,enterprise technology innovation,government subsidies and equity incentives into the same analysis framework,explore the internal impact mechanism between its internationalization strategy and enterprise technology innovation,and the dynamic mechanism behind its effective operation.The research in this paper found that:(1)The internationalization of enterprises has an important role in promoting their technological innovation capabilities,The improvement of technological innovation capabilities continues to promote the internationalization of enterprises.The two promote each other,cyclically reciprocate,spiral upward;(2)as an internal incentive system,equity incentive plays an important role as an internal driving force in promoting enterprise internationalization and technological innovation;(3)government subsidy,as an external innovation policy of the company,plays an important role as an external driving force in promoting enterprise internationalization and technological innovation.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in three aspects: first,from the perspective of the interaction between technological innovation and internationalization,In-depth analysis of the internal mechanism of continuous improvement of technological innovation capabilities and continuous advancement of internationalization;Second,from the perspective of government subsidy and equity incentive,this paper explores the internal and external dynamic mechanism of promoting enterprise internationalization and technological innovation;Thirdly,from the perspective of system,the internationalization strategy,enterprise technology innovation,government subsidies and equity incentives are included in the same analysis framework,and an interactive circular theoretical framework between the four is constructed.The contribution of the research in this article is mainly highlighted in two aspects: First,in theory,the theoretical framework of the interactive cycle between the internationalization strategy,enterprise technology innovation,government subsidies and equity incentives constructed in this article,Further enrich and expand the existing content and fields of internationalization strategy and technological innovation research;Second,in practice,this article systematically summarizes and refines the successful experience of Hikvision 's international strategy and technological innovation,Hikvision's successful experience has important experience and reference value for enterprises that are already internationalized and those that are preparing for internationalization.
