Research On The Effect Of Mixed Ownership Reform In Military Industrial Enterprises

As the international situation continues to change,China's national defense cause also needs to continue to advance in order to adapt to China's national conditions.Military industrial enterprises occupy an important position in China's national defense undertakings and play an important role in the development of the country.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee clearly proposed to increase the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises.As an important part of state-owned enterprises,the reform of mixed ownership of military and industrial enterprises has entered a historically critical moment,and the reform of mixed ownership has been pushed to a higher strategic position.Inner Mongolia is a pioneer in the reform of mixed ownership of military industrial enterprises.It successfully achieved industrial transformation and upgrade and sustainable development through reform.Therefore,taking the mixed ownership reform in Inner Mongolia as an example to analyze the current status of the mixed ownership reform in military industrial enterprises and the impact of mixed ownership reform on corporate governance.This article studies the impact of mixed ownership reform on Inner Mongolia,mainly from the following aspects.First,the process and mixed reform of mixed ownership reform in Inner Mongolia.Second,the changes in the company's shareholding structure,related party transactions,financial performance,and market response after the mixed ownership reform in Inner Mongolia.In the past,most scholars' research on the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises rarely involved military enterprises,and most of them were empirical research.This paper combined Inner Mongolia 1 with a case study to summarize the effects of mixed ownership reform of military enterprises on corporate governance.The study found that whether it is a vertical comparison from its own perspective or a horizontal comparison from the perspective of the same industry,the impact of mixed ownership reform on the governance of Inner Mongolia One Machine Company is positive.After the reform of the mixed ownership system,the company's shareholding structure is more in line with the development characteristics of military industrial enterprises,and the number of related-party transactions of enterprises has decreased.At the same time,the financial performance and shareholders' expectations of the company's future development are all positive effects.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper believes that the operating conditions need to be improved,and state-owned enterprises that lack growth vitality,especially military industrial enterprises,can implement mixed ownership reforms to bring new development opportunities for development.
