In recent years,with the increasing number of listed companies,financial fraud chaos also emerge in an endless succession.Financial fraud will not only lead to the credibility crisis of accounting information and disrupt the normal work order of accountants,but also bring huge losses to the country and investorsIn late 2018,kangmei pharmaceutical co.,a traditional Chinese medicine "white horse stock",was placed under investigation by the CSRC.On April 30,2019,kangmei pharmaceutical released a correction report of "accounting error",and nearly 30 billion yuan of monetary funds suddenly disappeared.On August 17 of the same year,China securities regulatory commission made a punishment decision on the financial fraud case of kangmei pharmaceutical.How to adopt more effective anti-fraud strategies and promote the healthy development of the securities market has become an urgent problem to be solved in view of the huge financial fraud case of kangmei pharmaceutical company and the increasingly frequent financial fraud behaviors in China's listing in recent years.This article uses the method of literature research and case study method to study the financial fraud of Kangmei Pharmaceutical.This paper introduces the beginning and end of financial fraud of kangmei pharmaceutical co.,LTD.and analyzes the motive and social influence of financial fraud.This paper mainly introduces the GONE theory,information asymmetry theory and fraud triangle theory.Based on the GONE theory,it is known that under the pressure of huge economic interests and delisting,kangmei's internal organization setup is unreasonable,the managers are greedy,the lack of audit independence,the possibility of fraud is small,and the degree of punishment after being exposed is relatively light,thus resulting in the fraud.Kangmei pharmaceutical financial fraud case,the bad nature of the fraud and the amount involved in the record,has a certain representativeness,timeliness.Aiming at the motive of fraud,the author proposes to perfect the relevant laws and regulationsStrengthen the construction of effective board of directors;Construct the enterprise culture of good faith,strengthen the vocational education of the employees;Strengthening external supervision;Improve the audit quality of the firm to prevent and control accounting fraud in five aspects.It is hoped that the fraud enterprises that are happening or intend to happen will be restrained and vigilant,so as to maintain the long-term operation of the economic market.
