Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Working Capital Management Of YC Garment Production Enterprises

Small businesses is not only an important part of the national economy,is the main part of the national economy the most dynamic,or a new growth point of the social productivity,the market economy system in our country plays a huge role,for example in alleviating employment pressure and promoting national economic growth,optimizing industrial structure,promote the technology innovation and social stability played a very important role.The small enterprises in our country,however,because of working capital management chaos,a lot of small businesses in working capital finance policy formulation on the lack of theoretical guidance.the use of working capital efficiency is low,so the optimization of small enterprise working capital management to promote small business have important meanings to sustained and healthy growth,but also related to national economic and social order of stability.This paper first introduces the concept of working capital and the basic theory of working capital management,and then elaborates the content of working capital management of China's small clothing production enterprises from two aspects of operating current assets and operating current liabilities.After to YC clothing manufacturing enterprises as an example to study the management of working capital,through the introduction of the background,working capital management status quo of enterprise further analyze the problems existing in the management of working capital of the enterprise,the concrete embodiment in inventory management,management of accounts receivable and accounts payable management,and inventory management,accounts receivable,accounts payable management problems existing in the deep cause analysis according to concrete situations.Finally,based on the theory of working capital management,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures to the existing problems in working capital management.
