| The problem of imperfect corporate governance is so common nowadays that it will occur in all countries using the corporate system.Since the 1990s,the issue of corporate governance has been paid more and more attention.Now,the Chinese government has set the establishment of perfect corporate governance institutions as the fundamental direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises.However,due to the short time of market development,the particularity of China's market and the less experience available for reference,the current corporate governance situation of listed Companies in China is still not optimistic,and there are still many hidden dangers in the market.For a long time,this non-standard phenomenon not only makes many investors bear greater risks,easy to have greater losses,but also does harm to the development and operation of the capital market.Based on the above considerations,this paper analyses and tests the relationship between corporate governance level and the value of the main board technology company,and measures the corporate governance level through the two indicators of board independence and corporate transparency.Corporate transparency is maiuly measured by the results of information disclosure evaluation and audit fees,and Tobin Q value is used to measure corporate value.Then the relationship between corporate govermance level and corporate value of main board technology compahies i5 analyzed and discussed through panel data regression analysis.And draw a conclusion:there is a clear positive correlation between corporate governance level and corporate value of the main board technology company,that is to say,with the improvement of corporate governance level,its value is also rising.This paper aims to clarify the relationship between corporate governance level and corporate value,and on this basis,emphasizes the import:ance of corporate governanee issues,and puts forward policy recommendations. |
