| In recent years,with more and more companies applying for the recognition of high-tech enterprises,the total number of high-tech enterprises is increasingly saturated,and the quality of high-tech enterprises is also continuously improving.Internal control has become the research focus of enterprises and institutions.Every year,a large number of listed companies’ fraud incidents occur in China,which indicates that the current internal control system of Chinese enterprises is not perfect and the internal control activities still need to be improved.Due to the high and new technology enterprise existence,growth characteristics such as high risk,high,facing the funds,personnel,market,financial risk is relatively large,at the same time,most of the present situation of the high-tech enterprise established for life is short,put the foreign expansion in the first place,imperfect management system,especially in the aspect of internal control system construction,the management system can’t keep up with the speed of its development.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen internal control.Therefore,how to effectively carry out internal control of high-tech enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes its internal control system by taking XQ high-tech enterprises as research objects,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The main content of the paper is:firstly introduce the background,significance,content and innovation of the research;the second chapter introduces the relevant conceptual foundations of the research,and then describes the relevant concepts,characteristics and key points of internal control of high-tech enterprises;Chapter 3 XQ company overview and internal control status analysis,introduces XQ company management level,business level,financial level three levels of internal control status;Chapter 4 XQ internal control problems and reasons analysis,through XQ enterprise Organization structure,information communication and supervision,human resources management and other 9 aspects of its internal control problems and reasons are explained;Chapter V XQ company internal control improvement suggestions,from the management level,business level,financial level It provides suggestions for improvement;Chapter VI guarantees the implementation of XQ’s internal control.In order to make XQ’s internal control system more perfect,it puts forward suggestions to improve the internal monitoring mechanism,performance reward and punishment mechanism,and establish reporting and complaint mechanisms. |
