A Case Study On The Deterioration Of XHGL's Business Performance

With the rapid development of national economy,the improvement of residents' disposable income,tourism industry in our country through the start,growth and development stage,entered the stage of comprehensive development,has achieved from the tourist Duan Que Xing countries to the historic leap of tourism country,laid a national mass tourism consumption as the main body,the coordinated development of domestic and international tourism market pattern.According to the 13 th five-year plan for tourism development,during the 12 th five-year plan period,tourism has been fully integrated into the national strategic system and become a strategic pillar industry of the national economy.In such an industry environment,XHGL,an old tourism company affiliated to sasac,has been established for 27 years.However,in the audit,XHGL was instructed by its superior "sasac" to conduct negative audit,that is,the focus of audit was to find problems and issue negative opinions when necessary.Through the literature review,it is found that the current performance evaluation analysis is mainly based on financial indicators,and the analysis is conducted from a single perspective of financial data.There is less research on travel companies.This paper chooses a travel company as the research object and adopts the case analysis method.On the basis of elaborating the enterprise performance evaluation model,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis by combining financial and management information closely.The reasons for the deterioration of the company's business performance are analyzed from three aspects.First,the characteristics of the industry and the company's industry competitiveness analysis;Secondly,EVA performance evaluation method was used to evaluate and analyze the company's business performance,and combined with the company's assessment standards.Finally,through the quality analysis and management ability indicators to analyze the company's operating conditions.The above analysis is closely combined with the primary data collected in the audit process,making the analysis more objective and comprehensive.Through analysis and summary,it was found that the deterioration of XHGL's performance was caused by the combined influence of industry factors,superior regulatory factors and the enterprise itself,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed for the reasons leading to the deterioration of operating performance.The problems with XHGL are not unique.It has stumbled on initiatives that have had a taste of success.The purpose of this paper is to propose corresponding improvement measures for the existing problems of a company with obvious and complicated problems,and to serve as a warning and reference for other companies in the same industry.
