Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of HC High-tech Enterprises

In the process of implementing the strategy of science and technology innovation-driven development in China,high-tech enterprises in China play a leading role in science and technology innovation,productivity improvement and overall national strength enhancement.With the increasing investment and policy support for high-tech enterprises in recent years,China's high-tech enterprises show a momentum of rapid development.However,due to the late start of the development of China's high-tech enterprises,coupled with the high cost of research and development,high cost of intellectual capital and high risk of market competition,China's high-tech enterprises in the process of development face challenges and risks from all aspects.Therefore,high-tech enterprises should always pay attention to its own financial situation,understand the causes of financial risks,and establish a set of appropriate financial risk early warning system.As a method of financial risk management,early warning of financial risk can predict the financial risk of enterprises,find the problems that may exist in enterprises,and enable enterprises to take preventive measures in advance to avoid further expansion of risks.This article selects the HC company financial risk early warning research,combining with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,to develop targeted financial indicators,to determine the company's current financial risk and financial risk prevention countermeasures,which has great practical significance.Mainly studies from three aspects:(1)Building HC company financial risk early warning index system.In this paper,the financial risk warning index system is designed from five aspects: debt paying ability,profitability,operating ability,cash flow and innovative growth ability.(2)The entropy method and correlation analysis were used to screen and weight the primary indicators,and the improved efficacy coefficient method was used to obtain the relevant score of HC company's financial risk warning from2014 to 2018.(3)Put forward financial risk prevention measures.According to the calculated financial risk warning results,the financial risk warning situation of HC company was evaluated and analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for preventing financial risk were put forward.
