With the advent of the Internet era and the acceleration of product upgrading,it is difficult for entrepreneurs to succeed only by relying on products.Business model innovation has become one of the important sources for entrepreneurial enterprises to gain competitive advantages.A document released by the Chinese government in 2016 pointed out that enterprises' business model innovation is conducive to realizing the country's innovative development.The academic and practical circles pay more and more attention to the hot topic of how to realize business model innovation.In recent years,business model innovation has set off a research frenzy in the fields of strategy,learning and entrepreneurship.How to carry out business model innovation has become a problem that must be paid attention to and considered by the theoretical research and enterprise managers.This paper explores how to realize the content innovation of business model from the perspective of entrepreneurial learning and enterprise boundary expansion.Firstly,it summarizes the literature of content innovation,entrepreneurial learning and enterprise boundary expansion of business model,and puts forward relevant assumptions and establishes relevant theoretical models.Then,on the basis of drawing lessons from the mature scale formed by relevant scholars,we discussed with relevant experts and conducted field interviews with case enterprises to finally form a formal questionnaire.First of all,preliminary investigation,further modifications of the questionnaire is perfect,perfect for large sample questionnaire after the formal research.In the next step,SPSS and AMOS software were used to conduct relevant empirical analysis and tests,including descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,structural equation model analysis and mediation effect analysis,to test the hypotheses proposed in this study.In the end,Jinluo Group and Jingzhi Wine Industry were selected as the case study objects,and the business model content innovation event was taken as the analysis unit to conduct horizontal and vertical case analysis on the business model content innovation event of Jinluo Group and Jingzhi Wine Industry to support the empirical research conclusion.Through empirical analysis and case analysis of Jinluo Group and Jingzhi Wine Industry,this paper draws the following five conclusions:First,entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive impact on business model content innovation.Secondly,enterprise boundary expansion plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial learning and content innovation of business model.Thirdly,entrepreneurial enterprises can realize the content innovation of business model through two paths: one is the enterprise boundary expansion based on the acquisition learning,so as to realize the content innovation of business model;The second is based on the experimental learning to expand the boundaries of the enterprise,so as to achieve the content innovation of the business model.Fourth,in the process of content innovation of business model of entrepreneurial enterprises,the behavior of scale boundary expansion and capability boundary expansion are co-evolved.Fifth,different stages,the enterprise business model content innovation approach is not the same.In the initial stage,the enterprise mainly expands the ability boundary through the acquisition learning to realize the content innovation of the business model;With the continuous growth of enterprises,the effect of acquired learning is weakened.Enterprises mainly expand the scale boundary through experimental learning to realize the content innovation of business model.
