Research On The Damage Of Enterprise Value Caused By Negative Events Of The Real Controller And Its Countermeasures

With the continuous progress of science and technology in China and the rise of new media,the speed of information transmission is increasing.The negative events originally belonged to entrepreneurs' private problems,because the increase of their exposure rate had different effects on the value destruction of enterprises actually controlled by entrepreneurs.However,whether the negative events of the real controller have a short-term or long-term impact on the damage of enterprise value,and to what extent,is a question that needs to be further studied.In view of this,this paper takes the sexual assault incident of liu qiangdong of jingdong in 2018,the divorce incident of wanfeng of huantian detection in 2017 and the 3d silk infighting incident in 2016 as comparative research objects,deeply analyzes the influence before and after the incident,and further analyzes the impact of negative events on enterprise value.The short-term impact of negative events is shown through the use of time window model,while the long-term impact is compared with the valuation level,profitability and risk tolerance of industry competitors.From the perspective of the short-term impact of negative events on enterprise value,among the three cases,the biggest short-term stock price fluctuation range is 3d silk.The stock price of jingdong tends to be stable after a certain impact,while the stock price of cti has recovered after a short period of impact.And from the point of long-term effects,three cases of enterprise valuation levels have been varying degrees of impact beyond the end of the event.The profitability,three companies profitability of the attack,the first year of profitability declined,but jingdong measurement detection in the second year of the event and China get recovery in profitability,and 3 d wire because the events subsequent development,consumption of infighting,profitability in the second year of the event did not return to previous level;In terms of risk tolerance and growth capacity,the impact of the three case companies is only reflected in the medium term,without far-reaching impact.
