| The development of Internet technology and information technology continuously promotes the relatively independent economy of all countries to develop toward the trend of "integration" economy,and the external operating environment faced by enterprises in all countries also presents an increasingly complicated and changeable trend.In order to occupy a place in the global integrated market economy,most enterprises need to adjust their initial development strategies flexibly to meet the needs of development of the new environment according to the dynamic changes of external environment.However,the dynamic adjustment of enterprise development strategy will bring some strategic risks to the enterprise,which will further lead to the risk of misstatement.Therefore,the adjustment of enterprise development strategy is not easy.Based on this,this paper draws lessons from the modern risk-oriented auditing theory,applies the strategy-related theory to accurately and appropriately restore the dynamic process of corporate strategic management,and uses relevant risk analysis tools to identify and evaluate the strategic risks of the company,so as to explore the mechanism of strategic risk evolution as a serious misstatement risk.This article adopts the method of case study,listed companies as the research object.From the strategic perspective,use PEST model to analyze the macro environment and porter five model and SWOT analysis method research the industry environment and internal environment,risk based on the above analysis,this paper studies the following contents:(1)First,studied the relationship between the strategic risk and the risk of major newspaper.(2)Secondly,the indirect and direct paths of strategic risk evolution are studied.(3)Finally,the internal and external mechanisms influencing the evolution of strategic risks are studied.The findings are as follows :(1)strategic risks can transmit material misstatement risks to financial statements by affecting operational links;Strategic risk can also directly affect material misstatement risk,and the two have a positive correlation.(2)In terms of indirect transmission,strategic risks mainly affect the operation links in terms of accounts receivable,research and development expenditures,profits,etc.,thus causing material misstatement risks;In terms of direct transmission,strategic demand has a direct impact on the enterprise's investment strategy and other aspects,and the impact on financial capacity brought by it is directly reflected in the financial statements,causing material misstatement risk.(3)Under the influence of externalmechanism,the imperfect capital market and standard system will lead to the evolution of strategic risk by falsely increasing income,leading to serious misstatement risk;The increase of media attention will,to some extent,restrain the evolution of strategic risk through external supervision.Under the influence of internal mechanism,imperfect internal control system will increase the possibility of strategic risk evolving into material misstatement risk;When there are problems in the internal governance of enterprises,the evolution of strategic risk will seriously affect the risk of misstatement.The possible innovations and contributions of this paper are as follows: from the perspective of strategy,it is of great practical significance to systematically study the path of strategic risk evolution under the influence of external environment and internal environment,so as to provide enlightenment and reference for other enterprises to deal with strategic risks.In terms of research ideas,different from the existing literature mainly analyzing the financial crisis of the case itself,this paper focuses on the transmission mechanism of strategic risk to the risk of material misstatement in financial statements,enriching the literature on the economic consequences of strategic risk.In terms of research methods,research problems are divided into three levels,which are linked with each other and clearly present the risk transmission path. |
