As the country vigorously promotes the development of inclusive finance to help upgrade mass consumption,commercial banks actively develop credit card business and change the card issuance model from traditional offline customer acquisition to online customer acquisition,on the one hand,prompting the rapid issuance of credit card issuance and overdraft balance Growth,on the other hand,has also exposed credit card risks quickly.Especially in recent years,China's urban commercial banks have taken credit card business as a strategic core business and actively adopted a pure online marketing card issuance model.The number of credit card issuances has increased exponentially while the risk is rapid It is exposed,however,that,looking at the domestic literature,there is very little research on the risk management of credit card business of city commercial banks in China.Therefore,it is very important to study the risk management of credit card business under the pure online marketing and issuance model of city commercial banks,and to improve its risk management system,optimize its risk management process,improve its risk management capabilities,and ensure the sustainable development of its credit card business effect.This article takes ZY Bank's credit card business as the research object,guides the information asymmetry theory,principal-agent theory and comprehensive risk management theory,and adopts the literature analysis method,data statistics method,field investigation method and comparative analysis method.First,it summarizes ZY Bank Credit card business risk management status,including continued growth of credit card issuance,pure online marketing issuance model,fewer business types,faster revenue growth,gradual deterioration of asset quality,unsound operating system,fewer risk management methods and credit cards with other banks Differences in risk management;Secondly,a specific analysis of the problems and causes in the risk management of ZY Bank's credit card business is carried out,and the bank's pre-loan marketing customer group is poor in quality and the approval process is not strictly controlled,and the early warning monitoring mechanism in the loan is not in place.After the loan is overdue,the recovery rate is low and the disposal of non-performing assets is slow;again,for the above problems,countermeasures to strengthen risk management are proposed,that is,to improve the quality of the marketing customer group and the quality of approval,strengthen the management of the loan,and improve the overdue collection after the loan System to increase the disposal of non-performing assets.The above-mentioned countermeasures have important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the credit card business risk management of the bank;on the other hand,because ZY Bank is a member of many regional urban commercial banks in China,its credit card business risk management status has Typical representativeness,so it also has a certain reference significance for the research of credit card business risk management of similar banking institutions.This article compares the difference between the pure online marketing issuance model and the traditional marketing issuance model,points out the main risk characteristics and risk points under this model,proposes measures such as the use of technical means to reduce the loss of connection rate,and redesigned the verification process.These are all This is the innovation of this article,and I hope it will be helpful for the research of risk management under the bank's pure online marketing card issuing model.
