In the Internet era,e-commerce has gradually penetrated into every link of the traditional textile industry from procurement to production,from in to out.It has brought earth-shaking changes especially in marketing.For instance,cotton socks which made in the northeast can be sold in Hainan! With the spread of e-commerce,sales are no longer restricted by regions.So that consumers could purchase with multiple choices,in a meanwhile,they also could enjoy more excellent consumption experience.On the one hand,it has brought unprecedented opportunities for the traditional textile industry.Not only could we share the resources and the market in China,but also share the international resources and markets.On the other hand,the new models brought the great potential of business opportunities for some enterprises,such as factory direct docking with consumers and marketing socialization.The changes will bring opportunities.It will also create the risk of survival of the fittest at the same time.DWFG has to change its marketing strategies to catch up with the new era.This paper analyzes the experience and lessons in the development processes of e-commerce marketing of DWFG.SWOT analysis is used to analyses the industry,market and operating environment,the macro and micro environments faced by enterprises.To solve the existing problems of enterprises,improve the e-commerce marketing strategies and realize service innovation and enhance core competitiveness by using the theory of service marketing.The results of our study indicate:1.The market potential of DWFG Company should be further integrated development.We should break boundaries in time.2.Under the favorable provincial and municipal governments,grab the opportunities tightly and attracts a large number of e-commerce talents,cultivate e-commerce talents,achieve the sustainable development of enterprise online sales service ability.3.Keep pace with domestic supply-side reform,differentiated product structure,the rich product selection,increase the intensity of band promotion,to speed up the online fusion,create famous brand high-end cotton socks,for represented by 100 million middle-class family fluctuation full time is high-end cotton socks products market,grab even exclusive online high-end cotton socks market in our country.
