Research On The Profit Model Of Urban Leisure Agriculture

In recent years,under the background of the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the increasingly urgent desire of the people for a better life,urban leisure agriculture,as a new form of agriculture,has a considerable momentum of development,not only has a broad development prospect and huge market potential,but also does not help build a well-off society in an all-round way,coordinate urban and rural development as a whole,optimize and improve urban functions,etc An important role that can be replaced.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to urban leisure agriculture,and the exploration of the profit model of urban leisure agriculture has become a hot topic in theory and practice.Wuhan,the research area of this paper,is an area with rapid economic development in China.It has certain foundation and conditions in the development of urban leisure agriculture.Therefore,how to give full play to Wuhan’s convenient location advantages,make use of rich agricultural tourism resources,and activate the growth engine of urban leisure agriculture has become an important topic.This paper summarizes four typical profit models of urban leisure agriculture in Wuhan,and points out the problems in leisure products,resource integration,innovation and development,talent restriction,ecological environment,etc.Based on the experience of successful cases of urban leisure agriculture in China and the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the selection of the profit model of urban leisure agriculture in Wuhan,which are to strengthen the government’s macro-control,reasonably plan the development,deepen the connotation of leisure agriculture,improve product quality,innovate leisure agriculture projects,enhance customer experience,and integrate various agricultural and tourism resources To establish brand awareness;to strengthen the construction of talent team and optimize service awareness;to establish internal operation system and promote standardized management.In order to provide some reference and help for the future development of urban leisure agriculture in Wuhan.This paper consists of seven parts.The first part:introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and routes as well as the possible innovation points of the paper.The second part:overview of urban leisure agriculture and related theoretical basis.This paper mainly interprets the connotation,characteristics and common types of urban leisure agriculture,focusing on the relevant theories and the theoretical basis of profit model of urban leisure agriculture development.The third part:the analysis of the development status and problems of Wuhan urban leisure agriculture.By introducing the general situation of the development of urban leisure agriculture in Wuhan and the current situation of the profit model,this paper puts forward the problems and causes of the profit model.The fourth part:the domestic comparison of urban leisure agriculture profit model.This paper introduces the specific cases of leisure agriculture in Chengdu,Sichuan,Weifang,Shandong and Jinshan,Shanghai,and summarizes the experience.The fifth part:the empirical analysis of the profit model of Wuhan urban leisure agriculture development.This paper mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process to compare and analyze the four common profit models in Wuhan,and obtains the empirical analysis results.The sixth part:according to the above,it puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the profitability of urban leisure agriculture.Part seven:conclusion.Summarize the research conclusion,point out the lack of research,and put forward the research prospect.
