Research On Internal Control Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Insurance Agency

In the social insurance security system,the social insurance agencies,as the entity institutions implementing the social insurance system and as the "chief steward" of the Social Insurance Fund,assume the function of implementing the social insurance policy,assume the important responsibilities of business management and salary distribution.The management and operation of social insurance agencies are closely related to the interests of all the insured,which affects the healthy and sustainable development of the social insurance system and the success of the government in transforming into a service-oriented government.With the rapid development of the insurance industry,the internal management of the social insurance agencies has been exposed to the shortcomings,risks continue to accumulate,internal staff embezzlement,embezzlement,insurance fraud and other illegal cases occur.Therefore,we must take effective measures to constantly strengthen the internal control and management of social insurance agencies to prevent the risk of social insurance fund management."Meaning the case by case,saying by case" often serves as a warning and education.By analyzing the real and specific cases of social insurance agencies,and introducing simple and simple language to analyze the case,we can make us more intuitive,more specific,and more profoundly grasp the problems and causes of internal control failure.The internal control covers every department and every working process of the social insurance agency,which is related to every staff member and every day’s work content,so we need to pay attention to every detail of the internal control at all times.Therefore,this article chooses to use specific cases as an important basis for studying the internal control issues and countermeasures of social insurance agencies.This article adopts writing methods such as literature research method and case analysis method.First,introduce the relevant concepts of social insurance agencies and the related concepts and policies of social insurance agencies;then classify the risks into three types:moral hazard,operational risk,and information risk,and select three typ es of risk correspondence The thre e typical cases of internal control failure are analyzed;and then the problem is summ arized based on the five major elem ents of the social insurance agency in ternal control,including the ins titutional control loopholes in the organizational control,trust instead of supe rvision in business ope ration control,and lack of review and approval in the fund’s financial control Norm ative,inform ation system control does not rely on big data in a timely manner,and the managem ent and supervision of internal contro 1 is obviously insuf ficient;finally,five suggestions are proposed to i mprove the internal control of social insurance agencies.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that the emphasis on the internal control of the social insurance agencies can be increased,the management and operation of the agencies can be im proved,and the safety of the social security fun d can be protected fro m infringement.
