Research On The Motivation And Financial Performance Of Mindray Medical's Return To The Domestic Capital Market

Due to the adoption of the approval system in the domestic capital market,many SMEs with capital needs have chosen to list on overseas capital markets.However,since 2010,the stock companies have experienced a decline in stock prices and undervalued market values.Increasing maturity and the support of relevant policies set off a wave of delisting of Chinese listed companies overseas in 2015.In order to prevent the frequent occurrence of "explosion of shell resources",the China Securities Regulatory Commission promulgated the "Decision on Amending the"Administrative Measures on Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies" in2016.This measure has inhibited the return of China Prospective Shares to a certain extent.Capital market,but the sensational return of Qihoo 360's A-shares in 2018 brought a turnaround for the return of Chinese stocks.In recent years,the Regulatory Authority has issued policies to encourage high-quality overseas listed companies to raise funds in China,that is,to encourage high-quality the return of overseas listed companies,therefore,the intentional return of Chinese stocks can choose the appropriate path to return to the domestic capital market according to their own circumstances,which is also the purpose of this article.This article first introduces the development status of China Prospective Stock and its return to the country based on the relevant theories such as value revaluation and transaction costs under the general background of "China Prospective Stock Overseas Listing-China Prospective Stock Overseas Delisting-China Prospective Stock Relisting".The three processes of the capital market,namely "delisting from overseas-dismantling the red chip structure-restarting the domestic market".Next,the case of Mindray Medical's return to the domestic capital market is introduced,that is,the article uses the literature review method to analyze the five drivers of Mindray Medical's return to the domestic capital market,and analyzes its return to domestic capital from three aspects using the financial index method and the comparative analysis method.The financial performance of the market,combined with the relevant policies and industry regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission,aims to provide some suggestions for Chinese stock companies,regulators and investors who intend to return,to realize the theoretical significance of the research on the return of Chinese stocks to the domestic capital market.Andthe practical significance of promoting the steady development of China's capital market.By analyzing this case,the research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)While Mindray Medical pays a higher listing cost,its corporate value is continuously underestimated in the overseas market,and the company's stock price continues to decline due to factors such as malicious manipulation by short-selling institutions.,So the company made strategic adjustments and actively responded to the domestic favorable policies to return to the domestic capital market for development;(2)After Mindray Medical returned to the domestic capital market,its financial data: revenue,profit and other values have been greatly improved,and costs It has been effectively controlled;in terms of financial indicators: the maintenance of strong operating capacity,the substantial improvement in solvency and profitability have significantly improved the company's financial performance;in terms of market value: the company's stock price and market value have been doubled.Therefore,the enlightenment obtained in this article is as follows:(1)For the Chinese stock company,it is necessary to formulate an appropriate regression plan according to the company's operating situation,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the company's financial performance and market value;(2)For capital market supervision In terms of layers,we should always pay attention to the macro environment of the return of Chinese stocks to maintain the stable development of the domestic capital market;(3)For investors,we must rationally analyze the return of Chinese stocks to avoid blindly following the investment and suffering losses.
