This article first analyzes existing research and related mature theories,and applies basic theories such as technology theory,attribution theory,leadership exchange theory,stimulus-response theory,and fairness theory,combining local cultural background and existing research at home and abroad.As a result,the theoretical model and research hypothesis of this research are put forward.Then,the domestic and foreign maturity scales were translated,and appropriate modifications were made in accordance with the Chinese corporate culture background.The questionnaires for this study were formulated and distributed through online platforms such as QQ,We Chat,and Weibo.A total of 208 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS22.0 and Amos21.0 were used to perform descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity tests and related analysis on the sample data.Finally,the regression analysis was used to test the sample data,and the test results showed that:(1)leadership noncontingent punishment positively affects employees' time occupation behavior;(2)organizational fairness perception mediates between leadership noncontingent punishment and employee time occupation behavior Role;(3)the order atmosphere positively regulates the influence of noncontingent punishment on employee's time occupation behavior.Finally,according to the research results,the following four aspects of management recommendations are proposed:first,establish a reward and punishment communication mechanism;second,increase employee work resources to cope with employee time occupation behavior;third,reduce poor order management in the organization and establish high-quality LMX relationship.
