Decision-Making Factors And Case Study On Financing Leasing Of Listed Companies

As a financing tool,financial leasing has been introduced into China.and act a pivotal part in promoting the development of national economy with its unique functions.However,due to the continuous improvement of China's credit environment,legal system,tax policy and other aspects,the development of financial leasing in China is not smooth.Therefore,the influencing factors of its existence and development have always been the focus of theoretical and practical research.Purchasing or leasing is the mainstream way for enterprises to update equipment.In addition to the influence of their own financial factors,enterprises choose to carry out financial leasing,which is also related to the lessee's specific business development,integrating the function of financial leasing with their own business system.In this thesis,empirical and case study methods will be used to study the influencing factors of corporate financial leasing decision-making,providing a strong basis for improving the development of financial leasing industry.This thesis introduces and evaluates the research status of financial leasing at home and abroad,designs the research framework,and puts forward the research ideas.Secondly,it summarizes the development of financial leasing in China,and analyzes the development environment of financial leasing in China from the four pillars of law,accounting,supervision and tax.This thesis discusses the financial and non-financial factors that affect the decision of financial leasing.Then,based on the three research theories of foreign tax,debt substitution,bankruptcy and agency,combined with the current situation of China's development,this thesis puts forward relevant assumptions,establishes analysis indicators and models,and uses the data of listed companies from 2014 to 2018 as samples to analyze the financial factors that affect the decision-making of corporate financial leasing.At the same time,from the perspective of business,this thesis analyzes the non-financial factors that affect the financial decision-making of leasing,such as promoting product sales,accelerating capital turnover and so on.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this thesis put forward proposals to promote the development of China's financial leasing industry from the three levels of government,lessor and lessee.
