China’s economic hotels began to sprout in the late 1990 s,The golden age of rapid development and expansion at the beginning of this century,Has gradually formed a certain scale,and gradually based on the hotel industry market.However,due to the continuous growth of the number of economic hotels,resulting in the increasingly fierce competition of economic hotels,coupled with the promotion of national economy policy,many high-end hotels have to reduce prices to attract customers,which makes the development of economic hotels face greater challenges.Price is no longer the key to win the market for economy hotels.The transformation of economy hotels urgently needs to be closer to customer needs and more personalized services,so as to improve the repeat occupancy rate of customers and cultivate more loyal and stable customers.In view of the current situation of the development of the economy hotel,this paper studies various factors that affect the repurchase intention of the customers of the economy hotel,in order to make a contribution to the sustainable and healthy development of the economy hotel.One of the most commonly used research methods in the field of attitude behavior is the theory of planned behavior.With the help of this theory,based on the review of the domestic and foreign planning behavior theory and the related research of tourists’ repurchase behavior intention,this paper studies the influencing factors of the repurchase behavior intention of Zhangjiajie economic hotel by combining theory with practice.Through reading a large number of documents and based on the theory of planned behavior,a study model of tourists’ repurchase behavior intention is established.Through the design and collection of questionnaire,a large number of data and information related to the research content are sorted out.With the help of SPSS,a variety of statistical analysis is carried out.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the influencing factors of tourists’ repurchase behavior intention are discussed And their interaction.The research shows that the repurchase intention of economy hotel is greatly influenced by the surrounding facilities,transportation,hotel popularity,hotel service quality and so on.Based on the research content and conclusion,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving the cost performance of Zhangjiajie economic hotel,improving the service quality of Zhangjiajie economic hotel,making the leading strategy of market pricing,enhancing the accessibility of Zhangjiajie economic hotel and shaping the good brand image of Zhangjiajie economic hotel.The research results and countermeasures will be helpful to Zhangjiajie economic hotel Industrial development provides theoretical guidance and reference.
