Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Commercial Banks In The Settlement Of RMB In Cross-border Trade

At present,the settlement of international trade mainly adopts US dollar and euro.Since China launched the cross-border RMB settlement business in July 2009,the government has issued various policies in recent years,which has fully developed the trade using RMB settlement,and the amount and quantity of transactions using RMB settlement have increased year by year.However,RMB is still in a weak position in the international monetary market,and its application in the world is limited to the surrounding countries,not widely.Based on the analysis of the development process and current situation of cross-border trade RMB settlement in China,this paper summarizes the characteristics of current cross-border trade RMB settlement,selects the perspective of commercial banks,and puts forward the problems existing in the development of cross-border trade RMB settlement in commercial banks.Through the analysis of examples,combined with the political and economic environment of that year and relevant national policies,this paper proposes to solve cross-border trade RMB settlement.To solve the problems existing in the development of e-rmb settlement in commercial banks,we should promote the sustainable development of cross-border trade RMB settlement from the perspective of commercial banks.
