Study On Tax Service Optimization In Feng Ze District From The Perspective Of Improving Business Environment

With the deepening of the structural reform of the supply side and the promotion of the "one belt and one way" initiative,building a good business environment,giving enterprises greater vitality and enhancing economic competitiveness has become increasingly important,and improving the business environment has become a national strategy.The reform of national and local tax collection and management system not only brings convenience to tax service,but also raises new problems and challenges.This paper first summarizes the research status at home and abroad through literature research,and then analyzes the theoretical basis of optimizing tax service and the impact on optimizing business environment by combining the new public service theory and tax compliance theory.Then select Fengze District tax bureau as an example to study,first through the questionnaire survey to effectively analyze the effectiveness and problems after the reform of the tax collection and management system of Fengze District,analyze the causes of the problems,and then draw lessons from the advanced tax service experience at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Fengze District,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.It is of great practical significance for Fengze District to improve the quality of tax service,reduce tax cost,improve tax compliance,and optimize business environment.At the same time,it is also conducive to improve the theoretical system of tax service.From the new perspective of optimizing business environment,it explores the tax service after the reform of national tax and local tax collection and management system,and provides suggestions for the reform of tax collection and management system.
