Since reform and opening-up,our country social economy has been rapid development,the importance of tax and influence is also in constant ascension,the tax authority as the composition of the government public sector agencies,must conform to the trend of transformation of government function,building a service-oriented tax authorities,and the general taxpayers for the social public to provide quality tax services.At the same time,taxpayers' demands for tax payment are constantly changing.Therefore,as a tax department,it is necessary to take corresponding measures to meet taxpayers' demands,so as to effectively improve taxpayers' satisfaction.In this process,effective optimization of tax service quality can improve tax efficiency and greatly improve taxpayer satisfaction,which requires tax authorities to take scientific and effective measures from multiple perspectives,such as system and ideology,to promote the harmonious relationship between tax collection and payment.In recent years,the comprehensive social and economic strength of Xuchang has been significantly improved,and the tax revenue of Xuchang is facing new opportunities as well as corresponding challenges.In this paper by the authors in the study of the tax system as an example,the degree of customer satisfaction model,the taxpayer awareness and SERVQUAL model,on the basis of building the tax service quality evaluation model,using the method of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,the authors of the tax system at this stage in the tax service quality is analyzed,and finds out the problems,analyses the reasons and problems.Finally,on the basis of fully combining my own work experience and the actual situation of Xuchang's tax system,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems in the tax service of Xuchang's tax system,mainly including the measures of diversified tax handling,standardization of staff behavior and optimization of tax consultation.
