The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of Midea Group's equity incentive on corporate performance and establish Midea Group's evaluation index system.This paper adopts event study,principal component analysis,comparative analysis approach and EVA comprehensive analysis method.First,the concept of equity incentives and corporate performance is defined.This paper analyzes related theoretical basis and influence mechanism and sort out domestic and foreign related literature on the impact of equity incentives on corporate performance,and sort them out.At present,most domestic and foreign researchers have a positive impact about equity incentive on corporate performance.Then this article puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the research on the influence of Midea Group's equity incentive on corporate performance.Secondly,The impact of equity incentives on corporate performance has attracted the attention of more researchers and companies.Many companies in China have also implemented equity incentives in order to improve corporate performance.This paper selects Midea Group to analyze the impact of its equity incentives on corporate performance combined with specific companies to conduct targeted analysis and research.Midea Group's equity incentive plan is relatively rich.However,the impact of equity incentives on corporate performance remains to be studied in detail.And relevant suggestions are made for the results of the research.Then from the actual situation Midea Group,a preliminary analysis of the equity incentive effect on the company's performance.This paper combines research on short-term stock price effects and long-term accumulation effects to evaluate theimpact of Midea Group equity incentives on corporate performance and summarize its successes and potential risks.Finally,it is recommended that Midea Group improve its equity incentive measures,especially in terms of operating capacity.In order to enhance the role of equity incentives in promoting corporate performance,Midea Group should make further supplementary optimization on the exercise conditions and increase the degree of matching of equity incentives with the incentive objects.This paper constructs a new evaluation index system for Midea Group,and then evaluates financial capabilities and calculates performance scores.This paper further studies the relationship between Midea Group's equity incentives and corporate performance,making analysis and evaluation more targeted.
