| W Company is an IVD product distribution company in a certain region,which sells IVD products to many medical institutions in different regions.It is necessary to have a relatively high level of operation in order to meet the needs of customers for the individuality and commonality of products.The level of operation of a commercial service company is mainly reflected in its supply capacity.It is necessary to reasonably control the inventory and the use of funds,so as to reduce operating costs and improve the profitability of the company.Procurement management is an important business process in W company’s business process.The purpose of this scheme study is to improve the overall operation level of W company through better execution of procurement through a more optimized centralized procurement management scheme.In view of the fact that W company’s IVD products are confronted with multi-regional,multi-customer,multi-variety,multi-supplier and other multi-dimensional factors in the process of operation.Through the research on literature and theoretical basis of centralized procurement management at home and abroad,as well as combining ABC classification,ordering point method,EOQ model,joint replenishment model and other methods or models,this article designs and establishes a centralized procurement management scheme suitable for W company,so as to improve the procurement management of IVD products in W company,including procurement.Management concept,cost control method,procurement strategy,as well as organizational responsibilities and process problems,ultimately improve the overall level of W company.In this paper,the objectives and processes of the design of the centralized procurement management scheme were defined,including the principles and objectives of the scheme formulation,the responsibilities and process Settings of the procurement management organization.After the improvement of the traditional EOQ model,the EOQ centralized procurement model based on certain inventory requirements was constructed.The model is applied to the centralized procurement management process of W company,and the efficiency of procurement execution is improved through qualitative and quantitative analysis.The research of this article plays a very important role and significance in the practical work of W Company.And also have a very positive impact on IVD industry,especially those companies that carry out cross-regional business resource integration,such as multi-customer distribution and centralized supply. |
