Entrepreneurial Bricolage is considered as a research paradigm beyond traditional resource acquisition and use.Thinking about the value of existing resources from a new perspective,it has important inspiration to solve resource constraints and implement innovative activities.Firstly, unlike traditional new venture at lack inimitable advantage and irreplaceable resources endowments are more challenging to grow. How to improve their capabilities to use and tap resources is a hot issue in the field of entrepreneurship. In related research on entrepreneurial bricolage,it mainly considers the behavior of bricolage from static research and lacks a dynamic evolution perspective to explain the process of entrepreneurial bricolage.Secondly, the existing empirical research focuses on the influential factors of entrepreneurial bricolage, intermediary utility, and other issues. The scientific measurement and evaluation method for new exhibition ventures to provide the cohesiveness of entrepreneurship is the focus of current research. Therefore, from the perspective of capacity building, this article explores how to achieve the evolution of dynamic capabilities in the process of bricolage for new exhibition ventures, and proposes a “the bricolage capabilities of new exhibition ventures containing 26 measurement items.Through the exploratory case study, the characteristics of the entrepreneurial bricolage capabilities of the new exhibition ventures were refined, and the structure and dimensions of the bricolage capabilities of the new exhibition ventures were verified.A conceptual model is presented that can express the capabilities of bricolage, new venture’s growth and strategic decision-making quality.the results indicate that:1)Based on the connotation of entrepreneurial bricolage defined by Baker and Nelson, this study divides the bricolage capabilities of the new exhibition ventures into four dimensions from the perspective of dynamic capabilities, namely improvisation capability, uncertainty tolerance capability, networks building capability and resource integration capability, etc.,and empirically tests the impacting mechanism of the bricolage capabilities on new exhibition venture’s growth.2)The combination of different bricolage capabilities will produce different bricolage effects. The "high and low" capabilities(high resource utilization and low resource exploration capabilities)are more likely to produce a patchwork bricolage;the "high and high" capabilities(high resource utilization and high resource exploration capabilities)It is easier to achieve a breakthrough bricolage.3)The bricolage capabilities of new exhibition ventures have largely achieved new venture’s growth level by affecting t strategic decision-making quality.New exhibition ventures with more obvious performances in the development of the bricolage capabilities of new ventures, when enterprises make strategic decisions, the development of opportunities and resources, the integration and management of social networks and sources are more prominent, which will be more beneficial to new venture’s growth. The quality of strategic decision-making plays a significant intermediary role in the relationship between the bricolage capabilities and new exhibition venture’s growth. In general, the research results have important reference value for further exploring the bricolage capabilities of new exhibition ventures from the perspective of capabilities building, and to a certain extent,it provides a method reference for scientifically measuring the bricolage capabilities of new ventures, and provide relevant suggestions for promoting the new exhibition venture’s growth.
