With the development of science and technology,digital technology brings new missions and opportunities to the traditional printing industry.In the background of Internet plus printing,in order to better realize the idea of adding services to the front-end customers,it is urgent to build "big backstage" in the back end of digital printing enterprises.Cost accounting and management is a very important key area of "big background".We must re interpret and research the cost accounting of the big platform and big data business model of the digital printing enterprise from a new perspective;Based on the successful transformation and upgrading of the digital printing industry,H company is taken as the case study object.On the basis of discussing the specific operation of the digital printing industry,this paper applies the knowledge and requirements of standard cost method,activity-based cost method,strategic cost management,value chain,etc.to the cost accounting process of personalized front-end business and standardized batch production of back-end of the digital printing business of H company The problems in H digital printing business cost accounting are studied and implemented.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the digital printing industry and the cost accounting and management of traditional printing enterprises;secondly,taking H company as the research object,it analyzes the cost accounting and management of H company's digital printing business,including the impact of H company's business model on cost accounting and the standard cost system in H digital printing enterprise Finally,according to the characteristics of the digital printing industry,the paper designs and implements the specific problem-solving scheme based on the cost accounting and management of H company,so as to form the problem conclusion that the digital printing industry must solve in the cost accounting and management refinement.Through the case study of H digital printing transformation company's cost accounting,this paper hopes to have certain reference significance and Enlightenment for the personalized front-end business and the standardized fine management of back-end production in the digital printing industry,as well as certain practical guidance significance for the cost accounting of non digital printing enterprises.At the same time,the research of this topic is in line with the development trend of the times.
