In the current context of China's economic and social development,the confinement service industry is in the initial stage of development,and market operations and corresponding industry supervision are relatively weak.Therefore,confinement clubs must establish a scientific marketing concept,enhance differentiated services,and do it from multiple aspects.In order to accurately locate and implement effective marketing strategies to meet the threats and challenges encountered in survival and development.M Wonzi Club is a Wonder Centre in Nansha District,Guangzhou City.It has been based on word of mouth for service as the main source of customers,but with the continuous participation of market competitors,it has caused the current fierce competition in the Wonson Service market.The occupancy rate is on the decline,and the customer churn rate is on the rise.There is an urgent need to further analyze and study the characteristics of consumer demand,and to optimize marketing strategy portfolio countermeasures.Based on this,this article takes the M confinement center as the research object,collects the related confinement center and service marketing related theoretical and empirical research,through field visits,analyzes the internal and external environment of the confinement center,combined with SWOT matrix analysis,from the STP perspective,Proposed that the M confinement center should be positioned in the mid-to-high-end confinement service market,and strive to build a comprehensive,professional,high-end confinement service center with confinement care services as its core."Attitude,meticulous care" as a sustainable market image positioning for the development of M Yuezi Center.Aiming at the problem-oriented and development-oriented aspects of the M-month child center in service marketing,this article puts forward the 7-month marketing strategy recommendations of the M-month child center,which makes full use of the resource advantages of the M-month child center and comprehensively considers the monthly child clubs in Nansha,Guangzhou Advantages and disadvantages,take the mid-to-high-end market as the main target market for the M-monthly center marketing,based on the Nansha area and wait for opportunities to expand the broader market,and tightly focus on people with monthly income of more than 10,000 to conduct marketing and reason more Service products,implement a more competitive price strategy,promote online and offline interactive marketing,increase market promotion efforts,strengthen service personnel management incentives,focus on service process control,and create a good image of hardware and software,so that the M sub-center Services are in place,marketing performance continues to improve,and the sustainable development of the M-month sub-center is promoted.
