Research Tianjin Customs Security Regulatory Issues

At present,China's national security situation is complex and faces unprecedented security risk challenges.As a national entry-exit supervision and management institution,the importance of security in the overall work of Customs has become increasingly prominent.According to Tianjin Customs prominent contradictions currently existing regulatory areas,expansion of regulatory functions,and actively participate in and promote the overall governance of national security.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the safety supervision work of Tianjin Customs and seek effective countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of safety supervision work.In this paper,literature analysis explains the meaning of customs supervision and relevant content,combined with the current situation of Tianjin customs security supervision.it analyzes the problems of unsuitability and uncoordination in the customs and its safety supervision.At the same time,it deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems,including the responsibility factors of the supervision subject affected by the lack of supervision and incentive mechanisms,and the port management mode factors affected by the lack of supporting supervision mode.Finally,the use of comparative method combined with the experience and inspiration domestic and foreign customs in terms of safety supervision,the recommendations and countermeasures for optimizing the safety supervision of Tianjin Customs are proposed in a targeted manner.Then a new pattern of security supervision will be formed by strengthening the construction of the main body of customs security supervision.We will realize the ability to strengthen the safety supervision of Tianjin Customs,implement the overall national security concept,safeguard social public safety,and achieve overall management of all areas,various factors,and various levels of security.This paper can further understand and grasp the specific conditions of the safety supervision,and further recognize the importance of safety supervision in safeguarding public safety and regional security.And more effectively contributing to the security of the region and the country.It will provide some reference value for exploring the new mechanism of security supervision in trade field and improving the efficiency of customs supervision.
