The clothing industry is one of China's pillar industries.Under the background of the continuous deepening of supply-side structural reforms and the Internet + era,clothing companies have both opportunities and challenges.In particular,the increase in trade barriers,the fluctuation of the RMB exchange rate,and the overall economy The continuous decline of China's apparel industry is increasing the pressure.How to respond to various difficulties,meet the needs of the times,meet the changing needs of consumerism,and make the company develop steadily and healthily is what every apparel company should consider,problem.Company G is mainly engaged in light and sophisticated women' s wear and high-end women' s wear.From the early days,after continuous business development,it has accumulated a certain number of shops and customers in the market,established its own brand,and have its own price advantage.But in recent years,with the clothing market Increasing competition,slow growth of market share,and downward sales.In response,company G has adopted some transformation erasures with poor results,especially in terms of product marketing strategies.Therefore,it is urgent to seek a scientific,systematic and complete marketing Program.This article mainly G company clothing products marketing strategy as the main research object,using PEST analysis to enterprise's external environment in a series of exploration,for the political,economic,social and technical elements formed on the analysis of the environmental factors,and through the SWOT analysis on the advantages and defects,the opportunities and threats after analysis on the question of four types of strategies are put forward.Taking the 7Ps theory as the basic framework,columbines the current marketing situation,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes solutions one by one to form a marketing strategy that fits its own development.In the product,price,place,promotion,people,physical evidence and process seven aspects of detailed analysis,combined with the problem,to develop a more scientific and complete marketing plan,in order to reverse the current marketing situation,so that the enterprise to achieve considerable development.
