Study On Optimization Of Project Budget Management System Of SPS Company

Project budget management itself has a very important value for the reduction of enterprise operating costs.By introducing project budget management in operations,enterprises can more rationally allocate and use the precious resources of the enterprise to comprehensively improve the overall management of the enterprise and the level of project management Effectively reducing the risks of business operations is essential for companies to achieve long-term goals.Therefore,more and more companies have begun to attach great importance to project budget management.Based on the theoretical knowledge of project budget management,this paper makes an in-depth study of SPS company as a case,analyzes the existing problems of the company’s project budget management system,and puts forward specific optimization countermeasures.This paper first analyzes the specific situation of the project budget of SPS company.Based on the analysis of the current situation,it is found that there are still some problems in the project budget management of SPS company,such as unclear strategic orientation,lack of standardization project budget preparation,inadequate fund supervision in the implementation of the project budget,unreasonable project budget assessment indicators and inadequate construction of project budget guarantee measures.In view of these problems,combined with the theoretical knowledge of budget management,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problems.In order to verify the optimized project budget management system of SPS company,this paper also takes WQX project of SPS company as an example to prove that the result of this case shows that the effect of the optimized project budget management system of SPS company is indeed inaccurate.In theory,the research of this paper is to enrich and develop the project budget management system.The results of this paper can provide some reference for the relevant researchers of gas system design,manufacturing,debugging and operation,etc.,as well as for the optimization of SPS company’s project budget management and the solution of problems,as well as for other peer companies Therefore,the research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical value.
