Study On Financing Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Small And Micro Enterprises Inyunyang County,Chongqing

Small and micro businesses have played an important role in promoting employment,optimizing regional industrial structure and boosting national economic development.As a large agricultural county in the Yangtze river economic belt of the three gorges reservoir area,Chongqing Yunyang county has been facing a good opportunity of development under the background of China's emerging economic development strategy.In particular,in recent years,the number of enterprises has increased rapidly and developed well.However,opportunities and challenges coexist,and many small and micro enterprises have the problem of insufficient operation funds in the actual development.The lack of funds will hinder the development and growth of small and micro enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to find effective ways to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises in yunyang county.Papers in Yunyang small micro enterprise as research object,in the current Yunyang small micro enterprise financing present situation,on the basis of the Yunyang 42 villages and towns(street)according to the number of small micro enterprise distribution is divided into six major parts,through the way of questionnaire survey on the plate inside a typical villages and towns small micro enterprise financing situation investigation,through the survey found Yunyang small micro enterprise competitiveness is not strong,financial institutions to support the enterprise financing,government support service system is not sound enough.Based on the survey and analysis results,the study believes that enterprises,financial institutions and the government should jointly make efforts to improve the financing environment of small and micro enterprises in Yunyang county and alleviate the financing difficulties.At the enterprise level,we should strengthen fund management and structural governance to enhance our own credit,explore ways to adjust the enterprise development model to enhance competitiveness and improve the transparency of financial management system.At the level of financial institutions,we should strengthen the supply and support capacity of financial services,improve the efficiency of financial institutions' credit services to small and micro enterprises,reduce the financing service costs of financial institutions of small and micro enterprises,and further alleviate the financing problems of financial institutions of small and micro enterprises.The government should establish and improve the financial supervision system for small and micro businesses,increase the policy support for small and micro businesses,and build a big data platform to supplement the socialized service system.
