With the advancement of Healthy China,the public is paying more and more attention to the operation and development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.As the core figure of corporate decision-making,how to mobilize their enthusiasm to maximize the value of the enterprise and the long-term development of the enterprise is the key to the development and growth of the enterprise.Therefore,how to motivate the senior management personnel in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to promote the better development of enterprises has become a topic worthy of attention.Equity incentive,as a long-term incentive mechanism,has been valued by more and more companies because it can alleviate the principal-agent problem caused by the separation of the two powers.It has been used as an important means to motivate employees and enhance corporate value.As a pharmaceutical manufacturing company with pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D as its core,Kunyao Pharmaceutical Group does not occupy the leading position in the pharmaceutical industry,but it is also a large-scale comprehensive medical enterprise with considerable strength and development prospects.It was also successfully implemented in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry earlier.One of the companies in the equity incentive plan.Therefore,taking the Kunming Pharmaceutical Group as a case object,through analysis of the Kunming Pharmaceutical Group's equity incentive plan,it can provide reference for the implementation of the incentive plan of the pharmaceutical industry.Based on the relevant theories of equity incentives,this article analyzes the rational applicability and incentives of the Kunming Pharmaceutical Group's equity incentive plans.It uses financial and non-financial indicators to analyze three aspects of corporate performance,investment behavior,and senior management retention.Evaluate the implementation effect of the Kunming Pharmaceutical Group's equity incentive plan,and finally draw relevant conclusions and make recommendations.This article analyzes Kun Pharmaceutical Group and concludes that there are two conclusions: First,the equity incentive plan designed by Kun Pharmaceutical Group is scientific,rational,and rigorous.Equity incentive implementers have worked hard on the design of the plan,not only in order to motivate the company.The motivation of executives to work hard to enhance the company's value,while also standardizing the corporate governance process and promoting the company's sustainable development.Second,the equity incentives of Kunyao Pharmaceutical Group achieved good results.From the perspective of overall operating performance and shareholders 'benefits,the equity incentives of Kunyao Pharmaceutical Group have indeed achieved the purpose of improving the company's operating performance,reducing the short-sighted behavior of executive investment,attracting and retaining talents,and improving shareholders' earnings.
