Research On The Risk Management Of The Production By The Aerospace Professional Institute

With increasingly space missions come into operation,each enterprise encounters challenges as well as opportunities.Therefore,a higher level of manufacture management is required to accomplish various production tasks on basis of maintaining powerful research and development capabilities.By integrating risk management into manufacture process and recognizing risks in advance,the probability and impact of manufacture issues can be reduced.Based on in-depth study of risk management theory,this paper summarized the situation of manufacture risk management in aerospace institutes.By taking a certain aerospace institute as an example,the situation of risk identification,risk assessment and risk disposition is analyzed in a qualitative and quantitative way.On basis of clarifying the requirements of risk analysis in aerospace institutes,a new method of risk assessment in manufacture management is innovated,which includes risk factor database,experience accumulation method,issue reanalysis method,etc.The evaluation methods and acceptance criteria for the risks of production,technology,planning,quality and materials in production of aerospace institutes are given.From the perspective of risk disposition,the ways of elimination,reduction,transfer and acceptance are given.Disposition requirements of different strength are proposed due to different levels of manufacture risks.In terms of aerospace institutes,management measures of manufacture risks are given,which includes the establishment of management system and management process,as well as the cultivation of risk awareness of the whole staff.The risk management during the manufacturing process including the risk identification methed,risk evaluation system,risk response requirements and risk management process contributes the related area as the reference for the professional institutes in the serospace field.
