Mobile phone plan is a unique business that combines and bundles telecom services such as call time,Internet traffic and SMS,etc.As the main product used by mobile phone users of telecommunications companies,mobile phone plan is an important aspect of their daily marketing activities.The reason why mobile phone plan is very popular among the majority of consumers is precisely because it provides a combination of convenient access to a variety of services preferential way,consumers can choose their own plan within a certain range of charges.But,as one of the main means of mobile operators to generate income,present a diversity of mobile,management confusion,the phenomenon of difficult to let the consumer satisfaction,and,as the technology progress in just 10 years from 3 g to 4 g to 5 g order of the development,information and a variety of forms of digital economy and social change,some set out,some packages to enter the market again,combo like products have their life cycle.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the quality of mobile phone plans according to customers' consumption behavior and evaluate their availability with scientific methods.This paper USES 100,000 pieces of data extracted from the database of telecommunication enterprises to study the quality of mobile phone plans.The research is mainly divided into two parts.The first part mainly USES factor analysis and Kohonen neural network to analyze the consumption behavior of telecom users.According to the call level,consumption ability and traffic,the users are divided into 12 categories and placed in the three-dimensional quadrant,among which the most representative quadrants are the HHH quadrant and the LLL quadrant.The second part in the first part,on the basis of research results,firstly analyzed the research set user portrait,and based on the set of users to calculate the each set on the user's consumer behavior and customer loyalty score,after using the maximum variance method to determine the consumer behavior,customer loyalty and sales volume weight coefficient in the package quality evaluation system,finally draw the conclusion: consumer behavior,set sales,user loyalty three evaluation dimensions of weighting coefficients are 0.4763,0.2473,0.2764,respectively.The quality score of each package is calculated according to the above coefficient,and the last place is eliminated according to the proportion of 30%...
