Since the 21 st century,China's economy has become a new leader in the world economy.Especially since 2009,in the post-financial crisis era,China's financial industry has made great progress against the background of the rapid development of the global economy.At the same time,behind the rapid development of China's financial industry,a series of hidden risks and capital crisis have also been hidden.Among them,the risk management of the banking industry has become one of the most concerned issues in the field of financial research.Because of this,in the past ten years,large and small commercial banks in China,including the four major banks and city banks,have been strictly implementing the loan loss provision system.At present,under the dynamic provisioning system system,the development in the industry is becoming more mature and perfect.Its core idea is to accumulate sufficient loan loss reserves during the upward economic period,in order to help and urge banks to better withstand loans in the downward economic period.Default Risk.In view of this,in the research design of this article,the real estate market,which is closely related to the total quality of socio-economic development in the new period,is the object of inquiry.As we all know,China's commercial banks are closely related to the real estate market,and the changes in the real estate market are always affecting the quality of bank credit assets and risk provisions.Especially since 2014,the real estate market has experienced large fluctuations,and the national government has strengthened real estate regulation.In other words,once a large-scale financial risk erupts,the domestic housing price bubble may burst and collapse at any time.In this regard,this article discusses the different statuses and conditions of the provision of commercial banks before and after the implementation of the dynamic provisioning system in China.Taking real estate market credit fluctuations as the point of inquiry,based on the results of model assessment and analysis,a systematic evaluation of commercial bank dynamic provisioning systems and real estate The impact of related mechanisms of credit fluctuations,based on credit credit fluctuations and control.In response to the above conclusions,this article will give policy recommendations from the following levels.First,the proportion of real estate loan holdings in the banking industry should be gradually reduced,and an effective credit system and risk screening mechanism should be established to reduce the excessively concentrated real estate transmission risk assumed by the banking industry.Not only that,in order to have a better policy effect in the future,the dynamic provisioning system should further strengthen the supervision of non-standard non-standard assets of banks,and improve the dynamic provisioning information disclosure system to make it increasingly competitive in the market.Quickly adjust the response strategy.
