An Empirical Study On The Equity Incentive Effect Of China Venture Edition

At the end of 2009,the growth enterprise market established formally.In order to retain and motivate the talents,more and more companies in growth enterprise market brought out the Stock Incentive Plan.In this background,researching the situation and the effect of the Stock Incentive Plan has very strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper will firstly review and summarize the domestic and foreign research results about the Stock Incentive Plan,and then expound the basic concepts and the theoretical basis of the Stock Incentive Plan,and in the end,take the public data from 2012 to 2016 as samples to study the effect of the Stock Incentive Plan from the angle of the companies’ performance by using t-tests and multiple linear regression equation.Through empirical research,this paper holds the opinion that in the short term the Stock Incentive Plan can bring companies a certain of abnormal return,and in the long-term,the implementation of the Stock Incentive Plan will also give significant influence on corporate performance.
