How to improve the performance of enterprises,including traditional financial performance and innovation performance,is an important issue worth studying.Equity incentive can help enterprises improve their internal governance structure,reduce operating costs,improve management efficiency,enhance the sense of belonging of employees and improve their core competitiveness.China's equity incentive system has been officially implemented since the reform of non-tradable shares in 2006.Compared with European and American countries,it started relatively late.With the development of capital market and the improvement of laws and regulations,equity incentive in China is developing rapidly.This article first through the theory analysis is put forward equity incentive factors how to affect the business performance of four assumptions,using factor analysis to measure the performance of enterprise innovation index is constructed,and then in the subsequent empirical analysis,the first is verified by T test the change of the enterprise performance before and after the equity incentive,and distinguish between different incentive object,different means of incentive,the validity of the different,different exercise conditions,in the form of multiple regression analysis,the hypothesis verified one by one,it is concluded that equity incentive and corporate financial performance and the innovation performance of the relationship between traditional conclusion,and through a classic case,It also analyzes the changes of some non-financial indicators that can measure the performance of enterprises before and after the implementation of equity incentive.The research proves that equity incentive can positively affect corporate performance.Different incentive objects and methods have different effects on enterprise performance.The longer the validity period and the looser the exercise conditions are,the better the performance of enterprises will be.
