With the rapid development of e-commerce,market transactions have gradually become fully networked,and the raging of global infectious diseases has significantly accelerated this process.The popularity of e-commerce transactions has accumulated a large amount of e-commerce consumer review data.Among them,the most valuable value to manufacturers is consumer negative evaluation data.In order to guide production enterprises to innovate,thesis use innovation theory,product hierarchy theory,text classification algorithms and cognitive map theory to fully tap the value of negative reviews,with a view to detecting product innovation direction or innovation points.The main research of thesis is as follows:First of all,thesis classifies a single negative comment.This paper builds a classification system for negative reviews based on product hierarchy theory,and gives a classification algorithm for negative reviews of consumers through the LDA theme model,and then uses the text data of negative reviews for smart speakers to verify the analysis system and classification algorithm for negative reviews.Second,thesis analyzes the sample attributes of negative reviews.Based on the knowledge of statistics,this paper formulates the frequency analysis and contingency table analysis of negative review samples,uses the weighting method to calculate the weight of each negative type,and gives the measurement formula of the product negative degree,and designs the product function layer and Formal layer defect analysis table;use the negative distribution of smart speakers to calculate the statistical distribution characteristics,category attribution analysis and defect point statistical analysis of negative reviews.Finally,thesis proposes methods for product innovation direction judgment and specific innovation point identification.Based on the cognitive map theory,this paper builds the path of product innovation judgment,gives the method of product innovation direction and innovation point judgment,uses smart speaker negative reviews to verify the above method,and finds the innovation direction and innovation point of smart speaker.To sum up,thesis takes the negative comments of e-commerce consumers as the starting point and builds a process of detecting and interpreting product innovation direction or innovation points through relevant theories,which provides certain guiding significance for enterprise product innovation.
