First of all,this paper combs the related literature of equity incentive in the past.By combing the previous research results,the purpose of this paper is clear: the impact of equity incentive on innovation performance.With the establishment and development of the modern enterprise system,the ownership of the enterprise and the management right gradually separated.Due to the separation of the ownership of the enterprise and the right to operate,the principal-agent problem arises.Shareholders need to guide and restrict the behavior of managers through a certain mechanism to alleviate the contradiction caused by entrusted agents,so the equity incentive system emerged.As a long-term incentive mechanism,equity incentives can encourage the motivated parties to share risks with enterprises,share profits,and grow together for a long time,reduce the short-sighted behavior of managers,and promote the interests of managers and shareholders to be consistent.For modern enterprises,especially high-tech enterprises,constantly strengthening and improving their innovation capabilities is the key to maintaining long-term competitiveness in the economic market.Secondly,it combs and introduces the implementation of equity incentive plan in i FLYTEK.This chapter mainly introduces the development process of China's equity incentive system,the basic situation of i FLYTEK,and the introduction of i FLYTEK equity incentive plan.IFLYTEK was founded in 1999.It has a number of patented technologies and maintains a leading position in the international market.It is a leader in the intelligent voice industry.IFLYTEK also established the first innovation platform in the field of artificial intelligence in China.Thirdly,it analyzes the three equity incentive plans implemented by i FLYTEK.According to the characteristics of innovation activities of high-tech enterprises,an innovation performance evaluation system is established,which consists of R&D input,R&D output and R&D achievements transformation.This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the relationship between equity incentive and innovation performance,and examines the innovation performance of i FLYTEK equity incentive,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of its incentive plan.Finally,through the above analysis,the paper draws the conclusion,and puts forward that enterprises should actively implement equity incentive,reasonably set the scope of equity incentive objects,attach importance to R&D investment,set up reasonable performance evaluation index system,and set reasonable exercise conditions.
