Analysis On The Value Of Stock Investment Of Listed Companies

With the development of China's economy,the stock investment market is also constantly developing and improving,both the market scale and the scale of investors are growing,which also brings challenges to China's stock market.At present,the main investors in China's stock market are independent individuals,commonly known as "retail investors",whose investment philosophy is more to achieve short-term returns,often ignoring the real investment value of the stock,at the same time of investors' stock loss,it also causes the speculation of the stock market,leads to more investors' unreasonable pursuit,and even damages the basic function of stock financing,making it difficult to serve the real economy.At present,the economy of our country is influenced by the unstable factors at home and abroad,there are certain development pressures,and there are many uncertain and unstable factors for the stock market,therefore,it is more suitable for the current investment environment of China's stock market to conduct stock investment under the guidance of value investment concept.At present,value investment has become the mainstream investment in the stock market,and more and more scholars and industry investors believe that stock investment should return to the essence of value investment,deeply study the basic information of the target enterprise,evaluate the internal value of the listed company with scientific and rigorous methods,so as to find more investment opportunities in the stock investment market of our country.Therefore,according to the theory of value investment,it is of great theoretical and practical value to analyze the internal value of listed companies and determine whether the stocks of companies have investment value.Guided by the theory of stock value investment and starting from exploring the value of stock investment,this paper selects Tsingtao Brewery,an outstanding enterprise in the beer industry,as the research object.First of all,it analyzes the fundamentals of the company,because basic orientation is the basis of holding the value of stock investment,including the descriptive analysis of China's macro-economic environment based on relevant macroeconomic data indicators,and the analysis of the current situation and future development trend of the beer industry based on industry output,market share and other data;then it specifically analyzes the beer sales volume in Qingdao and the market in various regions Distribution,cash flow,operating profit,profitability andother data indicators comprehensively study and judge the overall operation of Qingdao Brewery.Secondly,the absolute valuation method and relative valuation method are used,and the current available financial data are used to evaluate the internal value of Tsingtao Brewery,the accurate evaluation of stock value is the key to determine the investment value.Finally,the paper draws the following three conclusions: first,China's beer industry is in the adjustment period at this stage,the market competition pattern is stable and the profit rate is also rising;second,Qingdao Brewery is in a good overall operation,leading position in the industry,with the basic conditions for investment.Thirdly,the result of value evaluation shows that Tsingtao Brewery stock market price is in an undervalued state and has investment value,so it is suggested that investors should pay close attention to it.
