Faced with the high proportion of problem platforms in the P2 P network lending industry,it is necessary to guide investors to avoid problem platforms and provide regulators with industry regulatory advice. In view of this, this paper mainly discusses the efficiency differences and its influencing factors of China's P2 P network lending platforms through DEA model and Logit model. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Output indicators can not fully reveal platform risks;(2)the overall efficiency differences between platforms mainly come from scale efficiency;(3)overall efficiency differences between platforms are narrowing;(4)the investment scale of platforms has not reached the optimal investment scale during the inspection period;(5)the competition factors of platforms are relatively single, which reflects the maturity of industry development remains low.The suggestions for investors are as follows:(1)investors are advised to fully consider risks and make prudent decisions;(2)to avoid the platforms with slow compliance process;(3)and to choose the platforms with more senior executives,white-list depository banks and long operational time. The suggestions for supervisors to supervise P2 P online loans include:(1)reviewing the compliance of white-list depository banks;(2)improving the disclosure of platform information and strengthening the protection of customer information;(3)speeding up the filing process to eliminate non-compliance platforms as soon as possible.
