As the economic situation is changing,financial superposition technology,including big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies,has boosted the rapid development of banking business and enabled the scale development of banking business.At the same time,financial digitization and technology are constantly influencing people's thinking,changing the way of consumption payment and business operation mode,making the banking industry in an era of rapid change.Similarly,non-financial institutions take advantage of technological means to fully rely on massive data traffic and scenarios to enter the banking business,attracting a large number of customers and resulting in increasingly fierce competition.Retail business,with low capital consumption,has become a field in which Banks compete for development.With the in-depth integration of fintech into retail business,financial products and services have become increasingly abundant.Internal and external pressure is forcing more and more commercial Banks to choose reform and promote the digital transformation of retail business.Based on this,this paper,by using methods such as literature induction method,investigation method,with Z Banks as the research object,from the Z bank development present situation and the overall strategy of the current,put forward existing problems and cause analysis,using the theory of porter five models,such as PEST,based on the digital retail background of Z bank strategic transformation feasibility study.According to feasibility analysis,put forward under the background of digital retail Z bank strategic transformation design and the goal,based on the SPACE based on matrix analysis,it is concluded that the Z bank take aggressive strategy,determine the transformation strategy orientation and target,put forward strategic transformation scheme selection,including the channel to diversified transformation,operation to online transformation,data to systematic transformation,service to the transformation of the scene and implementation plan,and formulate the corresponding safeguard measures,including clear digital retail strategic transformation,achieve organizational agile transformation,improve the personnel training mechanism,strengthen technology application ability,can perform multi-party cooperation,enhance the level of risk prevention.In the practical sense,it is hoped that it can be conducive to promoting the digital retail level of bank Z and provide experience for the transformation and development of digital retail in the new situation.
