Income is the product of price and sales,and profit is the difference between income and cost.Price,sales volume and cost are the three important drivers of the company's profits.In today's society,competition is becoming increasingly fierce and costs are rising.The profits of enterprises are constantly being compressed.In particular,the transparency of information brought about by the popularity of the Internet makes consumers more convenient to obtain prices,and the judgment of value is more comprehensive and independent.Product pricing is becoming more and more complicated,and the unreasonable price directly affects sales volume and thus affects the company's profits.Studies have shown that the impact of price improvement on profits is much higher than the impact of increased sales or cost control on profits.The “quantity of profit” is actually not as effective as “price advantage”.The price issue is not only important but also complicated.Only through the improvement of pricing management can enterprises avoid systematically avoiding unreasonable prices.The improvement of pricing management has become an important issue facing enterprises.Shenzhen Meidexian Company is a small and medium-sized private enterprise engaged in sales and branding of fresh agricultural products.The company has been losing money for three years since its establishment.Faced with severe pressures for survival,for the company that is in the initial stage and has a weak management foundation,how to improve the profit level and how to turn losses into profits has become imminent.At this time,the virtues of the company need to be upgraded from “accounting” to “housekeeping”;from “bookkeepers” and “analysts” to “business partners”;there is an urgent need to strengthen the financial support function for company decision-making.In this paper,the research on the improvement of fruit pricing management of the company is aimed at improving the price management and improving the profit by improving the pricing management.It is precisely in the context of the integration of business and finance that the financial personnel analyze and explore the important issues of the company.Pricing management is not an isolated and simple management issue that involves many aspects of the company.Based on the theory of competitive pricing,this paper decomposes the complex problems of pricing management into three levels and five pricing bases: market strategy level,customer value level,transaction management level and pricing organization,pricing process,pricing method and tools,Pricing performance.Through the use of fish bone map,falling bag price waterfall and other analytical tools,the status quo and problems of the fruit pricing management of the company are analyzed.Through questionnaires and other means of research and further analysis,the final design of the fruit for the company The improvement plan of pricing management,and summarize the implementation effect and safeguard measures of using the improved program.In view of the necessity of financial integration and the commonality of pricing management issues in enterprises,the improved scheme of pricing management of virtues and fruits proposed in this paper can be extended to other enterprises that are also suffering from pricing management problems,especially small and medium-sized enterprises.In private enterprises,the research significance of the program is further expanded.
