Inventory management is the core of logistics management,which is closely related to enterprise cost control and directly affects enterprise performance.In the past,the problem of replenishment of single product has been studied in depth.With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,the types and quantity of ordered products are also increasing.If the replenishment of enterprise products is still carried out according to the relevant theory of replenishment of single product,it is obviously unreasonable.The research shows that adopting multi-product replenishment strategy will reduce the average total cost of inventory management.Through to the actual operating mode and X company history related operational data analysis,the company in the procurement process defects and the test errors in the process of product inspection and suppliers caused by low capacity problems out of stock of parts to order products,build the product defects and shortages of joint replenishment model,and the model takes into account the existing in the process of joint replenishment of capital and product inventory capacity constraints.Since the model is a nonlinear mixed integer programming model,the research shows that the model is a kind of np-hard problem without polynomial time algorithm.In this paper,the standard genetic algorithm is improved to improve the efficiency and stability of genetic algorithm,and the model is solved.By testing the improved algorithm,the algorithm used in this paper can obtain the optimal total average cost,basic replenishment period and period multiplier of various products in a relatively short time.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the main parameters in the model is carried out,and some management enlightenment is obtained.In addition,a joint replenishment model that does not allow shortage is constructed.By increasing the size of the calculation example,the results of the allowable shortage and the allowable shortage are compared and analyzed.The results show that the total average cost under the condition of the allowable shortage is lower than the total average cost under the condition of the allowable shortage.
