Research On The General Invoice Management Of W District Taxation Bureau Of Guangzhou

In recent years,the level of tax collection and management of grass-roots tax authorities has been continuously improving,but there are still many problems in the practice of general invoice management.Especially,the current tax revenue keeps a relatively rapid growth rate every year,pointing out the importance and necessity of strengthening the management of general invoices.This article places the management of general invoice under the background of the reform of “Simplification and Decentralization of Government,Combination of Decentralization and Regulation,and Optimizing Services”,combs the current problems of the management of general invoice of W District Taxation Bureau of Guangzhou,combines the overall government theory and tax risk management theory then studied the optimization of the management of general invoice of W District Taxation Bureau of Guangzhou.Through the analysis of collected data,conducting a variety of research to summarize the shortcomings of general invoice management of W District Taxation Bureau of Guangzhou,find the breakthrough of the problem,analyze the causes of the problems and explore the ways to solve these problems,then put forward suggestions for improving the level of management of general invoice at last.This paper mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: tax-related information resources,invoice supervision mode,risk management level and Tax Legalization Construction to solve the problems existing in the general invoice management of W District Taxation Bureau of Guangzhou.
