In the Economic Globalization rapid development Background,Under the influence of industrial chain optimization and high-speed information dissemination,the advantages of products and production costs have become more and more obscure.With reference to the management concepts of developed countries such as Europe and America,customers have gradually become one of the most important resources of enterprises.Therefore,customer relationship management(CRM)has become the key research direction of enterprises.The core of CRM is "customer-centered".Beauty industry is a service-intensive industry,and also customer-centered.Beauty parlors can directly contact and serve customers,and timely feedback customer opinions through customer experience.Customer relationship management and the core of beauty industry are customer-centered,and the internal spirit is the same.In this paper,the application of customer relationship management theory to solve L Beauty salon customer relationship management problems specific solutions,to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation.Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of L Beauty Salon,and summarizes the problems of high customer churn rate,customers not arriving on time and slow transformation of digital customer management in L Beauty Salon.The main reasons lie in the inadequate customer segmentation technology,imperfect customer relationship management system,single customer interaction channel and lack of customer incentive mechanism.Then,according to the goal and principle that L Beauty Salon wants to improve,it designs the optimization scheme of customer relationship management.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward at the end of this chapter.
